LTC not received?

My account activity shows that prohashing paid out my LTC but I haven't received it in my wallet yet. I confirmed that the wallet address is correct.

I created the wallet with litecoin core yesterday.
I checked blockcypher using the address and it says no transactions have been detected.

Has this happened to anyone before? Can anyone explain this? Has anyone experienced such a delay?
Maybe the transaction hasn't exactly been sent yet?

yes this has happened to me as well. This also happened the other day with my bitcoin payment and was fixed up very quickly after submitting a ticket.

Same here, I can see that my BTC got converted to LTC and LTC has been sent to me but I don't have it in my wallet yet.

Add two others to the list who haven't received their BTC to LTC payouts yet.

@Steve, are they being done individually or is this something we should submit a ticket regarding?

Nothing received either. I converted my BTC payout to LTC and it shows it was paid out, yet I haven't received anything.

Yep. Same. As with recent errors, a payout shows on my account but with no ID. No payment received, but my balance has been reduced by that amount.
