I have had my miner running for a few days an noticed some large swings in the hash rate being reported on PH. The miner is not showing the same swings. Is this normal due to network latency? Can I tweek my arguments to level this out at all? TIA!

Don't use photobucket for that stuff anymore, they have gone...unruly
I'd recommend https://imgur.com/upload unless you need to keep track of images uploaded, in that case, i don't have a recommendation
