EARNING NOT VISIBLE FOR D3
I have a mix of L3 and D3s. On the D3's apart from a=x11 in the password argument, I put either c=btc or dash . But neither do I see any earnings reported in btc or dash or any payouts in those coins. Can someone help ?

putting c= will set a static coin and will lower your payouts.
Leave the L3+ with no password or add n=workername to each one so you can ID the miners.
for the D3s, add a=x11 to the password and n=workernames to tell them apart.
then on the SETTINGS page, you select what coins and in what percents, using the slider bar and clicking SAVE
don't forget to add a wallet address for each coin you add.

You dont know what you are doing, so yes start reading how it works. putting static coin in this pool might be a bad idea, might aswell go to a static pool. You need to set the pool to pay you out in desired coin or coins. only time its not relevant is if you are solo mining a coin, then you will only get payed in that coin or coins your rigs are solo mining and potential merge mined coins, but they will be payed out same as the solo mined coin.

there are a ton of topics in the forum that tell you how to set up the d3s a=x11 d=128 or d=256 n=worker name if more than 1 miner
