I am new to PH and want to delete a payout address, but it is grayed out. Any help?

Do you have coins in there?
If you forfiet the coins and then save, the payout line should be gone.

switch payout to that coin, get .0000001 in there, swap the payouts back, make sure payouts arent going in the bad coin anymore.
Wait 10 mins, forfeit the .000001 balance and it should be gone then.
