Another miner friend recommend I post on the forum about this behavior.
I have 3 workers, same gear, working perfectly well according to their internal monitors.
I noticed that my second worker wasn't reporting any shares.
I looked for more data, and found the chart image, posted below.
I rebooted the #2 worker to see if that would fix it.
It did! Later I noticed #3 was doing the same thing.

Same issue with all D3's. Had to switch over to another pool.

i had to switch pools too, i was mining the whole day (no issues 20gh's each of my 6 d3) and had 0 shares.
switched to nicehash, mining good past 4 hours
