BFGMiner and Zeus not working properly

Hey guys,

I am running the latest BFGMiner with my Zeus rig. It mines perfectly on other pools, but now I cannot get a stable stratum connection. After a couple of shares i get Pool 0 stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333#skipcbcheck not responding! Or I get the the stratum connection to Pool0 was interrupted. I have tried mining with the default n=name password, but with the extremely high difficulty it seems that even after 8+ hours of running i get no shares.

I find this strange as well because my gridseeds running on another instance of BFGMiner, same computer, will eventually get shares and adjust within an hour.

Thoughts?

Shouldn't stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333#skipcbcheck be stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333/#skipcbcheck ?

what if you try just stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333

I dropped the #skipcbcheck and the same is still happening, got a share or two then the stratum connection was interrupted again. Which in turn reset the difficulty to 131072. Also getting JSON authentication errors now that I am seeing.

If you have tried with no D= setting,
give setting D=131072 a try, see if that will work.

So switching to the proxy on 443 seems to have helped, well at least a bit.

However it seems like getting a share a 131072 is pretty much impossible. These are at a static diff of 16384 however the interruption still is happening for me.

No issues with my connection, on a dedicated 1GB fiber connection with constant monitoring for connectivity issues

The pool is not immediately available to connect to.
Typically with the worker limit in place you have to wait some time, upwards of 5 mins for a slot to open up and your miner to connect in and hash.
With the L3+ miners there are 3 pools for failovers, and on a restart I will connect instantly to pool 2 or 3, but it can take some time for Prohashing to show as ALIVE and I am able to start to mine there.

See if BFG miner has some kind of failover you can set to mine at a 2ndary pool until porhashing shows as alive and you can connect in?
Or you will have to wait until the worker limit is removed. Another thing to maybe explore, is mining rentals?
You might be able to point your rigs there, and have them point back to here and other pools so when this one is ALIVE on their pool you auto swap and mine here. Maybe give that a test try see if that allows you to mine at several places and here when its alive and able to be connected to.

I think you are missing it here. It was mining, but then the connection is dropping, if you notice, there are 7 accepted shares, the connection keeps getting reset.
