If you were reading posts, that $22ish might have come from me, a couple weeks ago. That being said, it's more like $17ish right now, i believe largely due to the fact that many alt coins are on a downward trend currently, but aside from the past week, my actual litecoin deposite is around .3 litecoins a day, just slightly less then the .33 it was earlier. If you are new to mining completely, be aware, don't look at past results, even from a week ago, as it may not, and i would even say likely not, be what you will be getting currently.

As to the general question of password arguments, i personally recommend none, as the people who do generally put in a password argument i have seen later on have issues. Not saying that they ALL have issues, but rather, i have nothing other then wattage and power costs in the password argument, which does not affect the performance in the slightest, and i have been getting relatively solid performance, unless the site itself is having issues.

your payout options are solely your decision, i like to payout in litecoin, but to each their own. most coins hit free threshold at 1dollar, so in terms of payout time, it doesnt matter, unless you choose bitcoin, which has $1000 payout threshold

You can also choose to have bitcoins paid manually at a custom lower threshold, but you'll have to pay the transaction fee, which currently runs about $6-8 per person per transaction.

GregoryGHarding wrote:regardless of pool configuration as well.. 131k is best for L3+ because higher will invoke more hardware errors, and lower triggers PH to drop support for static, and goes as high as 500K which will throw hardware errors even more.
According to my experience d=16384 is NOT triggering VarDiff ...it is setting static diff=16384 at least this is what the Prohashing details are showing, which is matching my miners stats too. Did not have enough time to test all of the diff setings though ...so don't have any specific recommendation(s) ...

Power consumption is off. Whatever your watts are, increase it by 20 times to get a relatively accurate estimate.
