My settings are set to 100% LITECOIN. I see my USD and total All-Time earned increasing, but my Payout eligible: 0.00000001 is stuck on this number, never changes.
Can anyone help?

Once per day at 00:00 EST, your earned coins mature, which means they are added to your Payout eligible balance. If the Payout eligible balance exceeds the Payout treshold it will in general be paid out that same day (indicated by a timer).
Since your initial balance is 0.00000000, I assume you already received one or more payouts, else it would currently not be 0.00000001.
