The last I have heard on this was the tweet posted on 26 Sept regarding the server running out of disk space (apologies if I missed an announcement somewhere else on the forum).
Please advise when we will start seeing ETH payouts again?

I did eventually receive my long overdue payment, but then today my earnings for yesterday were above the payment limit and still didn't receive it?

ETH network is overloaded.
Coinbase has been reporting slow network for ETH for the past few days now.
Due to the fork they did a hold on all inc transactions until afterwards to make sure there were no ill effects from the FORK.
There is likely a backlog they are working through, I would assume other exchanges are doing the same.
Unless you were using a private wallet?
