I've heard here and there that GMO will be releasing a portion of the hardware to the public, but I'm not able to find a source easily if it's true. If someone has a source I'd like to see it as well.

This might not be what your looking for, by 3 Q of next year a lot more should known and even some products based off the 7 nm chip may start popping for testing reviews. that may not be made in china .
