- Remember, if you use Hotmail or other Microsoft services, your tickets cannot be answered because Microsoft's spam filter blocks our IP address. Please use a different E-Mail provider to contact us. Some customers have sent five tickets, often complaining that it's been over a month since their first tickets went unanswered.
- Chris is aware of problems with Coinbase payouts and Bitcoin Cash payouts. He plans to address those issues tonight. For those who wanted Coinbase payouts, it looks like our mistake is your gain. That money was held as bitcoins, so we'll be paying you about 10% more than you earned.
- The number of tickets has exploded over the past few days, but we've gotten all of the "easy" tickets now having at least one reply. Chris will dedicate eight hours tomorrow doing nothing but tickets. One of our first priorities if we decide on expansion will be to address the ticket backlog more efficiently.
