Eligible payout <> balance
I want to get all my BTC in my balance out. It has been about 36 hour since I last mined on this pool, but the payout eligible amount doesn't equal the balance. Am I missing something? Will it never match?
Re: Eligible payout <> balance
1. Are you above your specified threshold?
2. Are you above the network minimum?
More information would be nice.
2. Are you above the network minimum?
More information would be nice.
Re: Eligible payout <> balance
Sorry to butt in, but i have been wondering this myself. My one live balance displays the following :
Payout eligible: 5,848.72970439
Payout threshold: 1,453.67173380 (default, no fee)
Network minimum: 0.00000001
All-time earned: 7,589.08844918
Why is the eligible payout less than the all time earned if its above the threshold?
I hope this can maybe answer the OP's question as well.
Thank you

Re: Eligible payout <> balance
I am not above the threshold I have set but I am above the minimum. I have not changed this as I want to make I get all the BTC out - so I want the eligible amount to be the same as the balance. When that matches I want to change the threshold to the minimum. But will this ever happen? Do Prohashing never release the full balance?Aura89 wrote:1. Are you above your specified threshold?

Payout eligible: 0.00256551
Payout threshold: 0.06443775 (raised from 0.04461537)
Network minimum: 0.00200000
Balance Bitcoin 0.00260147
I know its only a few cents but I am working with a group of people and they will question what happened to this small amount. I want no doubt about how I am managing things

Re: Eligible payout <> balance
I do know that it states in the FAQs that it takes up to 24 hours for the eligible amount to reflect - perhaps this is what you are experiencing? For me we mined for a short time 2 days ago. It was actually exactly 44 hours ago now that we switched away from prohashingL3AntyL3 wrote:Sorry to butt in, but i have been wondering this myself. My one live balance displays the following :

Thank you. I feel like a moron now if you say it is in the FAQ. I didnt read it all the way. I hope yours rectifies itself!FrozenEternityZA wrote:I do know that it states in the FAQs that it takes up to 24 hours for the eligible amount to reflect - perhaps this is what you are experiencing? Re: Eligible payout <> balance
You have to be above the threshold and the minimum, so the only way to get a payout since you are above the minimum would be to lower the threshold. Be aware if you do this and go below the default it'll likely cost you a fee.FrozenEternityZA wrote:I am not above the threshold I have set but I am above the minimum. Re: Eligible payout <> balance
I am aware of this. I am not trying to get the payout now. I have left the payout above this amount because I want to be sure I will get all the btc out before setting the threshold lower. I am waiting for the full eligible amount to be the same as the balance so that that I get all the BTC out.
Is the extra few btc left for the fee? Should they perhaps not state this to avoid confusion?

Re: Eligible payout <> balance
As far as i understand it, the fee is taken into consideration (except for the payout threshold being too low, that fee comes after) for any balances you see.
But i could be wrong, i'd submit a ticket.

Hmm i dont understand it. can someone explain to me?
Or current balance looks like this. How can i withdraw my low balance. we stopped mining so ik would take the last bit of earnings.
Payout eligible: 0.00872838
Payout threshold: 0.04466782 (default, no fee)
Network minimum: 0.00200000
All-time earned: 0.07954289
