Not sure that is an appropriate question to ask here on the Prohashing boards.

Try some reddit mining site and ask there.

They both seem to be plus or minus the same profits depending on the day, but i will say i prefer prohashing over just about any other multi-coin pool or pool that is like nicehash due to the fact i can chose what coins i get paid in, and am not stuck with bitcoin as payment (which seems to be how most other pools that are not a direct pool for the coin you want, pays out)

My US Dollar payout hasnt happened yet even though I passed the threshold 2 days ago. Im going to wait a bit longer but may end up opening a ticket on that one. I suggest you pick something vanilla like litecoin to start with.
I think there's some problem with dollar payouts that Chris needs to investigate. Some payouts have been stuck for a few days.

Fortunately, this problem is to your benefit, because the price of bitcoins, in which the balances are held before payment, increased, so you should earn 10% more than if you had been paid last week.

Why do people insist on hijacking threads that have nothing to do with whatever issue they are bringing up?

Of all the forums i have been a part of, i have not seen the level of hijacking that i have seen here.

As to your question that you should have created your own topic about:

U2 ASIC ANTminer, isn't that a bitcoin miner? Prohashing only does scrypt and x11 mining.

As well, i'd recommend throwing that U2 ASIC ANTminer away, unless you don't pay for electricity, otherwise you are losing money by having it running, granted not much, but still it costs more in power (depending on where you are, though compared to the average cost of electricity) then anything you could get out of it.

AppleMiner wrote:bney I think when you auto-sell the litecoins on the coinbase side, it takes coinbase 5 days for the deposit to reach your bank.

I send my coins to coinbase, and then sell them manually when they go into my paypal which is instant.
Then I can drop the paypal to my bank in 1 day if I need to. Also it shows in the bank as a transfer from your paypal.
Not a deposit from coinbase. It may cost a bit more to go via paypal instead of bank directly, but ill pay for that extra layer of where did that money come from.

Good luck!
Best is not to do it with paypal and to pay all of your taxes from your cryptoearnings, trust me, by doing it with paypal and withholding info from the IRS, you violate federal law that is an automatic sentence for tax fraud, i have a buddy sitting in Lompoc right now for the exact thing, not with cryptos but netherless, paypal give authorities full cooperation.

Rule #1, dont f with the IRS, they will get ya sooner or later.

How all do you file for it Green? What do you list it under and how much do you pay on it?
What form or line do you use on the taxes?

I'm sure not everyone here was planning on paying uncle sam or even thought about it.
Ideally i'd love to just hold onto all the coins until they become the regular exceptable payment method everywhere and just spend them that way.
But Im sure Ill need to get some cash out at some point to cover the electric costs so Im not costing myself, would like to dip out the ROI I paid in for the miner also.

Uncle Sam is welcome to tax my PROFITS, but can I pay off the miner, shipping, and electric costs for running it before I make PROFIT on this HOBBY?
