What to write in here that -p password is

You do not need a password to connect. You can use -p "" to bypass the password

/bfgminer/bfgminer $ ./bfgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333 -u trg -p "" --zeus-cc 64 --zeus-clk 328 -S zeus:/dev/ttyUSB0

You can also try using -p d=8192 (or another number) to set a static difficulty, which may make your miner work more efficiently.
