14 rejections ?
using an l3+ antminer and it seems im at 91% mining efficiency and im at 14 rejections over a 4 hour period. Why is that and how can i prevent any rejections

Actually it is possible to answer that without additional information. The efficiency rating shown on the website only shows recent rejections. More than likely there was just a run of rejections recently. Maybe your internet dropped for a few seconds or something. However, even at 131k shares, an L3+ miner will generate 838 shares on average in 4 hours. 14/838 =~ 1.7%. So, your real efficiency is at least 98.3% over 4 hours and may be higher if you are ever submitting smaller shares. In other words, it's normal and 14 rejections is not bad. The meter on the website will go up and match your real rate soon enough.
