This does not. Deactivating the Trusted Mining Program has no bearing on the ability to mine BTC in FPPS mode.

PROHASHING will be raising the current $10 free payout threshold on ACH payouts to $50 beginning Friday afternoon July 14th. As with other payout currencies, you will be able to set the threshold lower, but you will incur fees by doing so.
