Yes I'm using d=65536 as the password, also from what i've seen on other pools the optimal difficulty for the titan is somewhere between 1024 and 2048. Does the difficulty have to be a multiple of 2 or could I say have it at 1442?

As of 1:56am EST the hashrate gauge reports no mining but shares are still being shown as submitted and the hashrate graph looks normal.

Simply applying "stratum+tcp://" will get it to connect however it doesn't last for long and then goes into the above loop of output. I don't think it matters either way.

Does anyone have a titan on the pool or tried to get one to work with the pool? if so how's the performance? I'm getting mine tomorrow so I'm hoping to know ahead of time.

Well 97% of LTC isn't that hard if you think of cleverminings 2% fee and a little bit of unluckiness. Of course that all depends on how clevermining calculates what 100% of LTC means.
