So I add say Bitcoin tot he payout proportions and set it to 100% and everything in dollars will be transferred out of dollars and in to bitcoin? Or are the dollar payouts stuck until it is fixed?

Could someone please tell me if I have not configured things right for payouts? I have it set for 100% payout in dollars and my coinbase is linked. I have two payout addresses linked which show a very small amount in them (not sure why). The dollar balance has exceeded the payout threshold for days ...
