Decred pool question, again, please read Steve Sokolowski

I know this question has been asked before and i believe answered with a no due to complications with the blake256r14 and blake2b algorithm, but i'm here asking again, because i would be 100% willing to bring my miners back to prohashing if decred was a payable coin, as well if decred coin be mined ...

Because 10% of nicehash are low luck, why would they want to cut off the revenue of 90% of nicehash users?

Re: Mining scrypt with payout in LTC.

I do not think they have ever claimed or reported what other pools they are not responsible for are making. Which is why it is important to test a few others and see which pays out the best from time to time. They have stated that it is a comparison to straight mining LTC on any pool, give or take ...

If you would provide the information you are putting into the T1, that might be helpful.

Re: Status as of Friday, May 4, 2018

I thought that meant if you bought a coin for $100 and you sold a coin for $100 that there was no capitals gains tax. But if you created the coin for $0 out of thin air and then sold it for $100, that you owed capital gains tax on that $100 You do not get capital gain/loss on coins you mine, you ge...

Re: Z9 Equihash Asic announced

$30 a day for an algorithm that doesn't have ASICs on it yet is actually really pathetic. This should be in the hundreds to thousands of dollars per day without an ASIC. All this means is that ASICs will be able to flood the market exceptionally fast, so if bitmain is...well, bitmain, the first bat...

Re: Mining scrypt with payout in LTC.

The most irritating thing about this though is that the graphics on the front page always show that it IS more profitable then just simply mining ltc....but it's never correct. I believe all their chart is saying is if you use c=litecoin you get their LTC value from PH pool and if you omit the c= v...

Re: Mining scrypt with payout in LTC.

I think with my 4 L3+ its more profitable on PH, I connected mine to LTCPool yesterday when PH was having issues and with an app it was showing $17 a day but on PH I get between $20 and $23 but that depends on LTC which seems to be only on a sideways trend at the moment and hasn't had a massive cha...

Re: Taxes - Clearing up some Questions (USA ONLY)

Btw, i ended up using https://bitcoin.tax/ to collect my data and http://tucsontaxteam.com/bitcoin/ (they do any crypto, not just bitcoin) to process the data and worked out really good. tucson tax team can do your taxes even if you don't live in arizona. Ofcourse, they charged me for their service,...
