I'd suggest looking at BitFlyer exchange, although they currently only offer BTC (other coins supposedly are coming). In the interest of full transparency, can you make the adjustments to mining rewards (whether an addition or subtraction) a separate line item in the account activity listing the adjustment amount and reason for adjustment? This would eliminate questions of if, when and how much adjustment was made ...

Is the answer just to wait for the attacks to cease, or are you taking active measures at your firewall to block malicious IP's? Do you have a cloud based anti-spam service so the flood of spam isn't into your network?
