Re: Better to set up d=?

Good News Banzsolt1, you are in luck! See you have more than 1 miner, so you can run an experiment and do a TEST. A test is where you compare 2 items, typically you leave one alone and that is the CONTROL group. and then you alter the 2nd group, called experimental group, and you see how the change ...

Dead coin Dead site?

Not sure if this is what it is supposed to be or if this just happens to me on my L3+s. I have Prohash setup as the first pool, with a specific coin static mined. I have Prohash setup as the 2nd pool, with autoswitch pool, no static set. I have a 3rd backup pool. When the static coin the primary poo...

Re: The WSS gives erroneous data

I think he means you corrected the pool's math error and he no longer makes 20% more free money.
The last time he ran it, he ended up losing 10% instead of making his 20%. And wants to know why it is off.

Re: " 1 error" message

What are you talking about??? I posted my names here earlier, and as you can see they are clearly different! A difference of one character makes it a different name, am I right? On the help page there is also no hint about any forbidden characters that I used. And: it worked perfectly well before! ...

Re: Change in static coin mining

In practice, however, miners who mined with static difficulties on static coins have large numbers of stale shares, because every valid share finds a block and then the subsequent blocks with the same height are rejected. As I see we are now up to 11TH as I write this message...do we really need a ...

Re: Displayed hashrate on PH vs on AntMiner

ok so how does it work across coins then? If this is a POOL that suggests all the money is POOLED and then split back out based on what was put in from each person or is it just an auto-switcher and only POOL across the same coin? So each coin has its own POOL and if you arent working that coin at t...

Re: Displayed hashrate on PH vs on AntMiner

It's all based on the submitted shares. So if you have 50 L3+ miners working on BCC and they each get 1 share per minute and I have a single L3+ mining gualden coins and it makes 50 shares in 1 minute. That it's all based on the submitted shares , and the Single L3+ with 50 shares submitted in 1 mi...
