I got the same reply rather quickly, and when I opened another ticket with the simple follow-up question of "Did anything change on your end about a week ago" the response was exactly the same with that same link. In other words, they simply declined to answer my question.

I've not personally had this problem with Coinbase support. They've been timely on the few occasions I've needed to contact them. Maybe they just don't like you guys? ;) Just in case it might help, I'll open a support ticket with them from my end as well. A disclaimer might not be a bad idea though....

Since I use Coinbase and not some other exchange service, I would not approve. While that is a noticeable difference, they're essentially the same when rounded to 2 decimal places of precision. I think the repeated complaints about profitability are not so much about other pools being better, but rather the general reduction in profits all across the board. Not everyone unders...

Perhaps you should rethink the policy of keeping BTC in a cold wallet. Giving yourselves better access to it would also fix this problem, but would not require miners to stop mining in the process. Worth considering...
