Well Steve your customer service is good, I'll say that much. I apologize for losing my shit, I am obviously very frustrated. The 'Account Activity' tile has always been opaque. I have already ticked the box to trigger the payout. I won't be back though.

Re: IMPORTANT: system-wide outage for database upgrade starting 3pm EDT October 17

So the final explanation looks like this:
Sorry our shit was all screwed up, we can't really explain what happened or what any of the numbers mean. But take out word for it we didn't screw you when we skipped paying you. Done mining here that's for fucking sure.

Re: IMPORTANT: system-wide outage for database upgrade starting 3pm EDT October 17

There was no payout on the 21st which would have been for the 20th. In other words I received regular payouts every day up until the 20th. The next payout I received was on the 22nd and it was slightly larger than normal but not what I would expect from a two day payout. So the payout that should ha...

Re: IMPORTANT: system-wide outage for database upgrade starting 3pm EDT October 17

It doesn't appear fixed though. Currently it says what I am owed is $3.31. I mined $3.24 on the 22nd before I switched pools. I never received a payout at all on the 21st. So it basically says I was never owed anything for the 21st despite mining the entire day? I can appreciate that if it was overp...

Re: IMPORTANT: system-wide outage for database upgrade starting 3pm EDT October 17

Today I got a payout and it doesn't correspond to anything that I can see anywhere but it clearly isn't what I should have been paid for the past two days. I think I will mine elsewhere until you get it sorted out.

Re: IMPORTANT: system-wide outage for database upgrade starting 3pm EDT October 17

Is this going to be fixed? I didn't get paid anything today and I can't tell how much I should get paid. I know that sometimes the pool pays late or skips a day but I can't see how to tell what I am owed at this point.

My balance is always showing a negative number since the server downtime. Is this something you guys already know about?

Re: Error in earnings

So it looks like I actually did failover during that weirdness on this pool. I just noticed an unexpected payment to one of my BTC addresses and it turns out it was payout from the backup pool for some hashrate I contributed (according to their timeline on the 2nd up until midnight) at any rate they...

Re: Error in earnings

Are you sure the recalculated amount is correct? The overage amount did look like about twice what I usually make but the recalculated amount was the lowest payment I have seen in a long time. It didn't go down by half it went down by about 2/3 after the recalculation. I am not sure how to tell if i...
