I point my miners through miningrigrentals which uses 3 possible locations to hash ; East, Central, and West is it possible that the duplicate names are coming from two locations at once, maybe load sharing or fail over causing this issue? us-west01.miningrigrentals.com:3333 us-east01.miningrigrenta...

Do we have any eta on when this hashing issue will get resolved, also when we get credited for the missing shares.
You can see it plain as day on the total hash rate for prohashing.

so my instant hashrate today always shows over 5GH (10 L3+) which looks great but the graph shows my avg at 1.5GH so there seems to be a huge disconnect there and the earnings show along the lines of 1.5GH.
I hope Steve can fix this asap...
