hello, please who can tell me why prohashing dashboard display more workers than I have, im using L3+ somtimes it is displayed 4 workers I don't know why

i need help please i was on the pool etc my rig was working perfectly i was getting work and sending shares then it no longer shows up in the dashbord yet my rig is on and working says it is connected and sends shares, but on prohashing it is not displayed?? solutions please
